    • Myo-Inositol

      Supports healthy blood sugars, reproductive health, helps maintain a healthy menstrual cycle, supports nervous system health and function.
    • CoQ10 (Ubidecarenone)

      Supports cellular energy production and oxidative stress, both of which are important to your pre-conception health. CoQ10 levels decline with age, making supplementation important the longer you’ve been preparing.
    • Zinc Glycinate

      The most absorbable form and easier on the stomach than standard zinc. Supports healthy reproductive hormones, ovarian function and immune health. Low zinc is common and linked to irregular cycles and hormonal disruption.
    • Acetyl L-Carnitine

      Works alongside CoQ10 to support mitochondrial energy production. Also supports overall wellbeing during the pre-conception phase.
    • Quatrefolic® Folate

      The active form of folate your body uses directly. Important for healthy cell division and foetal neural development. Particularly important for women who can’t efficiently convert standard folic acid.

    Our Pre-Conception & Hormone Support powder is formulated for adult women during the pre-conception period, as well as women who want to support their nutritional health at this life stage. It is not formulated for children.

    As with any supplement, individuals with medical conditions, those taking medication, or those with specific health concerns should consult a healthcare professional before use.

    Our Pre-Conception & Hormone Support powder provides nutritional support during the pre-conception period through a combination of evidence backed vitamins and minerals in an single, easy to consume powder. No more handfulls of pills!
    4. How does your Inkindle differ from a typical prenatal supplement?

    Our Pre-Conception & Hormone Support powder is specifically designed to support mum during the pre-conception period.

    We do this with a targeted nutrient profile in powder form by including active Methyl-Folate rather than synthetic folic acid, and the inclusion of CoQ10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Myo-Inositol.

    But we are also here to support baby. We boosted our formula with critical prenatal nutrients to support baby in those early formative weeks.

    Prenatal supplements are generally formulated for use during pregnancy with baby's needs as their focus.

    The easiest way to explain it? Prenatal is for baby and pre-conception is for you.

    5. Is Inkindle suitable for vegans and vegetarians?

    Yes. Our formula is vegan, containing no animal-derived ingredients. All active and excipient ingredients, including Vitamin D3 and Vitamin B12, are from non-animal origins.

    Our formula is gluten free and free from animal source products, crustacea, egg, fish, milk, peanut, sesame, soy, tree nut, animal products and artificial colours

    Who is Inkindle?

    We are Michael and Maddi, and Inkindle was born from our own experience navigating preconception.

    It took 8 rounds of assisted reproductive measures, including 5 rounds of IVF, for us to bring our first, Archie, into the world.

    We then endured another 3 failed rounds of IVF trying for our second. However, after giving up on IVF and becoming content with giving Archie the best life we could, along came Romee, naturally!
